1. How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order will be carefully packed and shipped through our trusted delivery partners. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package right to your doorstep.

It’s easy! Simply log into your Essentialsze account and head over to “My Orders”. You’ll see the latest updates on processing, shipping, and delivery. You’ll also receive email updates along the way.

5. Can I cancel my order?

We totally get it, sometimes plans change!
 Orders can usually be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been shipped yet.
